This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for utilizing the AI Virtual Staging platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
2Zero-Tolerance for NSFW Content
AI Virtual Staging strictly prohibits the generation, uploading, or distribution of any Not-Safe-For-Work (NSFW) content.
You may not under any circumstances use our AI capabilities to generate or attempt to generate:
- Sexually explicit material: Pornographic or highly suggestive material (including undressing, suggestive poses, etc.).
- Nudity: Nude or semi-nude imagery.
- Abuse: Content depicting sexual violence, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual content.
- Harassment: Deepfakes or face-manipulation tools intended for harassment or non-consensual explicit generation.
Our systems utilize an automated moderation layer. Any attempt to bypass these filters will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, with no refunds provided.
3Prohibited Uses
In addition to the NSFW prohibitions, users must not use the platform for:
Hate & Violence
- Generating hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Creating imagery that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.
IP & Integrity
- Infringing on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Deploying malware or engaging in activities that disrupt our infrastructure.
4Compliance & Enforcement
We actively monitor the usage of our platform to ensure compliance with this AUP and the requirements of our payment partners (Merchants of Record) and AI model providers. We maintain robust content safety safeguards and manually review flagged generations.
